By guiding this process through visualizations and affirmations, Joe helps us to transform our negative thoughts and experiences into positive ones.
For example, experience allowed me to go back in time to when I was a little girl longing for love and affection. By participating in Joe’s guided breath work techniques, I was able to envision myself as a child. I was on the brink of a spiritual awakening as I stood in that field of golden wheat, my adult self looking deep into the eyes of my inner child, giving her the unconditional love she had been deprived of all those years. As the sun shone down on us, and cast it's healing warmth around us, I felt a wave of warmth wash over me and I knew our connection was special. My heart ached for this little girl, who wanted nothing more than to be loved and accepted by me without conditions or expectations. In that moment, something inside me shifted and I could feel a sense of peace and understanding spreading throughout my body. Everything seemed to fade away in that moment and I realized that loving myself was essential for me to be able to heal from the past. This realization brought a newfound understanding to how powerful love can be and how important it is to give love even when we don't fully understand it yet.
Essentially creating a new narrative for my childhood experience that was full of love and light instead of pain and sadness. This exercise helped me fill the void I had been feeling for so long and it made me realize just how powerful this type of work can be in helping us create meaningful change in our lives.
